Ronny Tejeda didn't learn sales from a textbook. He learned it on the showroom floor — working his way from sales associate to General Sales Manager, and eventually to National Sales Trainer, because he found that his real gift wasn't just closing deals. It was teaching others to close theirs.

With roots in San Antonio and over two decades inside the automotive industry, Ronny has led and developed sales teams at some of Texas's top dealership groups — including Sames Auto Group, Ancira Auto Group, Gillman Subaru, Beck & Masten, and Red McCombs Toyota.

His approach combines the discipline of structured sales process with the authenticity that only lived experience brings. Ronny trains the way he sells: direct, relatable, and with every tool aimed at results.
